Site Manager – Energy & Compliance Projects (UK)
Sureserve leads the charge in delivering stellar asset and energy services across the UK. We are seeking a proactive and safety-conscious Site Manager to drive Project Delivery in energy, heating, and compliance—someone who will champion our mission by ensuring technical excellence while maintaining a "safety first" mindset.
As our Site Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to transform energy services on behalf of residents. The ideal candidate demands responsibility, embraces leadership, and thrives on efficiency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the safe delivery of energy projects while upholding Sureserve’s highest quality, health, safety, and customer service standards.
- Coordinate teams of subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to deliver multi-site projects on time and within budget, ensuring the best resource allocation.
- Ensure full compliance with all legal, company, and industry requirements, including:
- Health & Safety
- Risk Assessments
- Safe Systems of Work
- COSHH protocols
- Maintain clear communication channels with clients, residents, and internal teams, providing updates and meeting expectations for seamless project execution.
- Manage site logistics, project documentation, and reporting—both electronic and manual—to guarantee accuracy in records.
- Advance Sureserve’s sustainability mission through delivering decarbonisation projects, driving energy savings, and promoting best practice on-site.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership as a Site Manager in energy, compliance, social housing, or construction.
- Track record in successfully delivering multi-site or large-scale energy/heating projects.
- Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and motivational skills—capable of maintaining high standards under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to foster engagement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and energy compliance specifications in construction.
- Competent IT skills, capable of managing project management and reporting systems.
- Requires the following qualifications:
- IOSH Managing Safely or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- Valid CSCS card
- 1st Aid Certificate
- Full, valid UK driving licence with flexibility to travel to multiple sites.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours commitments.
