Experienced Site Manager - Social Housing Decarbonisation
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our Planned Maintenance team, delivering a social housing decarbonisation programme focused on External Wall Insulation (EWI) across low-rise residential blocks.
Working closely with one of our valued social housing partners, you will take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works on site. This is a key role where your technical expertise and site leadership will ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of EWI and associated planned works on occupied social housing schemes
- Lead site teams, including operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all works are delivered safely in line with H&S legislation and company standards
- Programme and coordinate works, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines
- Carry out pre- and post-inspections, ensuring quality and compliance at all stages
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and documentation
- Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience
- Support the successful handover of completed works

About You
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager who can confidently lead EWI and fabric improvement works in a live environment.
Essential
- Proven experience managing social housing planned maintenance projects
- Strong experience delivering External Wall Insulation (EWI) schemes
- Experience working on low-rise / occupied residential blocks
- SSSTS or SMSTS (minimum requirement)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver excellent customer outcomes

Desirable
- Experience within decarbonisation or retrofit programmes
- Strong IT skills (e.g. reporting, Excel, project documentation)
- First Aid / CSCS (relevant level)
