Site Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Ambrosden, Nr Bicester, Oxfordshire

About the Role

As Site Manager, you will take full autonomy in overseeing and driving the construction of new homes, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards while delivering exemplary customer service. Your focus will be on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will act as the Lioncourt Homes Ambassador, championing the company’s values and maintaining a stellar reputation for 5 Star Customer Satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Health and Safety Leadership

    • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to health and safety legislation in construction.
    • Ensure compliance and advocate for a safe working environment on-site.
  • Quality Assurance

    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of NHBC standards and reporting requirements.
    • Minimise NHBC Reportable Incidents by overseeing quality at every stage of the build process.

  • Customer Relations

    • Liasise with customers pre- and post-home sale to provide exceptional service.
    • Represent Lioncourt Homes with professionalism and integrity.
  • Team Management & Collaboration

    • Foster strong working relationships with the site Sales Team, sharing updates on programs, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Supervise and motivate the Assistant Site Manager, Sub-Contract Trades, and Direct Labour to ensure high standards.
    • Maintain effective collaboration with colleagues across Area Build Managers, Commercial Surveyors, Design Co-Ordinators, and Engineers.
  • Operational Planning & Commercial Acumen

    • Plan, program, and oversee site activities to ensure on-time project delivery.
    • Manage material ordering and stock reconciliation to align with build programs and maintain efficient inventory levels.

  • Site Administration

    • Perform general administrative duties to support site operations.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies and the design team to ensure compliance.
  • Cost & Project Awareness

    • Understand cost implications of site decisions to support effective commercial decision-making.
    • Interpret construction drawings and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Essential Requirements
