Hill & Way Property Solutions Ltd is an established Main Contractor specialising in the refurbishment and restoration of high-end residential properties across Central London. We deliver exceptional quality projects, ranging from luxury home refurbishments and basement constructions to structural alterations, extensions and bespoke interior fit-outs.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of prestigious projects.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of luxury residential refurbishment projects from site set-up through to practical completion and client handover.
Working closely with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure every aspect of the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the exceptional quality standards expected within the prime residential sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-end residential refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers.
- Oversee structural alterations, basement works, temporary works, steel installations, demolition and complex refurbishment activities.
- Manage programmes, site logistics and sequencing of works within constrained Central London locations.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and manage QA procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise professionally with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants and the wider project team.
- Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, programmes and Health & Safety documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with CDM Regulations and company Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and promote a positive site culture.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects in Central London.
- Strong understanding of luxury residential construction, finishes and quality expectations.
- Experience managing structural alterations, temporary works, steelwork, basement construction and complex refurbishments.
- Excellent all-round building knowledge, including structural works, roofing, internal finishes, bespoke joinery and MEP coordination.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing fast-paced construction programmes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and construction programmes.
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Professional and client-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management.
- Experience working within occupied residential properties and prestigious Central London locations.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
