🚨 Site Manager / Site Lead Required – Germany
💰 £32 per hour + Overtime Rates
✈️ Flights Paid
🏠 Accommodation Paid
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager / Site Lead to support a major industrial project in Germany.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in groundworks, civil construction, and mechanical installation who is confident managing site activities, subcontractors, and delivery on a large-scale project.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Manage day-to-day site operations
- ✅ Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- ✅ Oversee groundworks, civil works, and mechanical activities
- ✅ Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards
- ✅ Conduct toolbox talks, site briefings, and progress updates
- ✅ Review RAMS, permits, and safety documentation
- ✅ Liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- 🔹 Valid SMSTS qualification (essential)
- 🔹 Proven experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager / Site Lead
- 🔹 Strong groundworks and civil engineering experience
- 🔹 Experience managing mechanical, M&E, or industrial installation works
- 🔹 Experience working on large commercial, industrial, data centre, or logistics projects
- 🔹 Strong health & safety awareness and subcontractor management skills
- 🔹 Willingness to work away in Germany
