About the Role

Job Title 🌍 Site Manager – Home-based with frequent site visits

Employment Type, Duration & Hours

  • Full-time | Permanent | 37 hours per week
  • 25 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays & your birthday off!)

Your Impact: As a Site Manager, you will oversee the operational success of assigned projects—driving timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality—while ensuring the ‘zero LTA’ safety record is upheld.

Your role enables sustainable communities and industrial progress through innovative environmental solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Execution
    • Develop and implement project programmes and ensure alignment with budget and quality objectives.
    • Oversee subcontractor management and resource allocation to deliver projects on schedule.
    • Maintain high-level customer satisfaction through proactive collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Team & Operational Management

    • Induct staff/subcontractors and resolve conflicts to maintain a cohesive site team.
    • Establish site work procedures and manage work programmes, ensuring adherence to quality, environmental, and health & safety (QEHS) plans.
    • Ensure safe working conditions, including permits to work, welfare facilities, and regular H&S audits.
  • Administration & Compliance

    • Monitor contract performance, budgets, and forecasts, providing monthly cost valuations (CVR).
    • Manage site materials and tools (e.g., ** authorised supplies, GRNs, Record Vouchers**). Pay invoices and oversee technical queries.
    • Ensure compliance with QEHS plans, contracts, and regulatory standards.
