Bee Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a live fitness facility in Oxford.
About the Role
This is a non-working Site Manager position, responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the project
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained throughout
The project is part of a nationwide refurbishment programme for one of the UK’s leading fitness operators, with further work available for the right candidate.

Duties Include
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Leading daily site briefings and client meetings
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Reviewing RAMS and permits where required
- Monitoring programme and quality of works
- Liaising with the Project Manager and Project Director
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised site
- Reporting progress throughout the project
Essential Requirements
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid at Work qualification
- Asbestos Awareness training
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in retail, commercial, or fitness facility refurbishment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Contract Details
- Location: Oxford
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 4-week contract
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts
- Remuneration: £280 per shift (CIS)
