Site Manager

🚧 WE’RE HIRING – SITE MANAGER | MANCHESTER 🚧 📍 Manchester 💰 Salary: £52,000+ DOE 🏗️ Department: Civils / Construction

📌 Site Based Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our growing Land Reclamation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to take ownership of site operations and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

🔨 Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities • Support pre-construction planning and site setup • Manage subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials • Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and company procedures • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives • Maintain accurate project records and documentation • Uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance

🦺 Health, Safety & Environmental: • Manage Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans • Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures • Oversee RAMS, permits to work, and training records • Promote a positive safety culture across all projects

✅ About You: • NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in a construction-related discipline • Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or contracting • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office
