We're recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a respected construction business delivering outstanding residential developments across Surrey.

Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades.
- Driving programme, quality and health & safety performance.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of finish throughout the build.
- Building positive relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
Requirements
We're looking for:
- Proven Site Management experience with a principal contractor.
- High-end residential construction experience.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional quality.
