Site Manager - Security Programme
📍 South Littleton (WR11 8TZ)
💰 £250-300/day PAYE or £355-360/day Umbrella
Hays is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a large-scale security upgrade project within a secure environment in South Littleton.
Your New Role
You will take responsibility for managing on-site delivery of construction works, ensuring that the project is completed safely, efficiently, and programmed within a secure, operational environment.
Key Duties Include:
- Overseeing subcontractors
- Managing site operations, logistics, and workforce coordination
- Ensuring compliance with strict security protocols and procedures
- Working closely with stakeholders to maintain programme timelines
- Supporting escorting requirements and secure access arrangements

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or similar environments
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and site delivery
- Ability to work within highly secure or regulated environments
- Security clearance is highly desirable (flexibility may be considered depending on risk assessment)
