Site Manager
Multi-state presence, market leading contractor

Boddington Role – DIDO from Perth
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the overall delivery of remediation and protective coating works at the Boddington Gold Mine. This role offers a strong development pathway into Project Management, working alongside experienced leaders on complex site-based projects involving blast & paint and civil remediation scopes.
Operating on a DIDO roster, the company offers flexibility for the right candidate, recognising the importance of balancing site commitments with home and family life.
THE ROLE
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and delivery of site works at Boddington
- Provide minor logistical support, including:
- Mobilisation planning
- Materials coordination
- Workforce scheduling
- Undertake administrative coordination, including:
- Document control
- Reporting
- Maintaining project records
- Develop a strong understanding of quality documentation, including:
- ITPs (Inspection Test Plans)
- Check sheets
- Specifications
- Support delivery of:
- Abrasive blasting
- Protective coatings
- Civil concrete remediation works
- Coordinate site activities including:
- Direct labour
- Subcontractors
- Plant
- Assist with:
- Progress tracking
- Reporting
- Client communication
- Ensure compliance with:
- HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) requirements
- Site standards
- Participate in:
- Pre-start meetings
- Toolbox meetings
- Site inspections
- Contribute to cost awareness and basic commercial tracking

About You
Candidates should demonstrate:

- Strong attention to detail, particularly around quality and documentation
- Exposure to industrial coatings or remediation projects (highly regarded)
- A team player with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Commitment to:

- Experience in:
- Construction
- Mining
- Civil, or remediation environments
- Exposure to or strong interest in either:
- Blast & paint works, OR
- Concrete remediation works
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to:

- Supervisors
- Crews
- Ability to understand and interpret:
- Technical drawings
- Quality documentation
- Highly organised, with strong:
- Coordination
- Administrative capability
- Proactive, hands-on approach, with:
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in further learning, including:
- NACE certification
- Management training
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to projects delivered:
- Safely
- On time
- To specification
- Eager to grow into a Project Management role over time
Qualifications and Requirements
- Construction Management
- Engineering
- Relevant trade background (desirable)
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Police Clearance
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Strong computer skills (MS Office and project systems)
