Site Manager: Residential
Location: Slough Contract Type: Upcoming long-term contract Rate: Competitive day rate (dependent on experience)
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a proven residential construction professional with a Site Manager background to join our flagship project in Slough. The ideal candidate must possess:
- Deep residential experience
- Clear understanding of our clients’ uncompromising quality standards
- Ability to deliver meticulous attention to detail
- Commitment to premium customer service
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on on-site construction stages, coordinating sub-contractors and internal trade packages from first fix to high-end handover.
- Monitor, drive, and report on programme performance, proactively identifying and mitigating on-site risks.
- Ensure all builds rigorously meet statutory requirements and brand premium internal quality standards, maintaining excellent digital QA tracking via Fieldview EDMS.
- Champion an incident-free, proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental culture on-site.
- Work closely with the customer relations team to:
- Achieve industry-leading In-House Research customer satisfaction scores
- Secure 5-Star builder status
- Proven track record managing complex, high-density residential or mixed-use developments, with regeneration/town centre experience highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to:
- Manage diverse subcontractor teams
- Maintain collaborative relationships with Technical, Commercial, HS&E, and client-facing teams
- Comfortable using modern digital site management and QA platforms.

- SMSTS Certificate (valid)
- CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
- First Aid at Work qualification
- Relevant trade background or a construction-related degree/NVQ Level 6
