We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our South Midlands region at our development in Northstowe.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will safely and profitably plan, manage, and control the day-to-day site activities to meet/exceed programme, in accordance with company policies and procedures, within the budgeted cost plan.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all areas of the development, including Production, Quality, Cost, and Control.
- Lead and motivate the site team (both direct employees and subcontractors) to achieve the required objectives and fulfil their potential.
- Recruit the right people into the business where required.
HS&S Responsibilities
- Take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work.
- Adhere to the Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Experience leading teams within sites is advantageous.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Flexibility to work at a hands-on level to support the team.
- Up-to-date relevant knowledge of building and health and safety legislation.
- Experience in Clerk of Works, Buildings, or NHBC inspection roles is essential.
- A full UK driving license is required.
