Your New Company

A well-established North West construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial and leisure sectors, the company has secured a new-build restaurant development in Preston and is looking for a driven individual to lead the project on site.

Your New Role

As Site Manager, you will operate as the No.1 Manager on site, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of a new-build restaurant project from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Leading subcontractors and site teams
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
  • Coordinating all site activities and project logistics
  • Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the build process
  • Conducting site meetings and reporting project progress to senior management
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Managing client and stakeholder relationships on site

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on new-build construction projects
  • Experience delivering commercial, retail, leisure or hospitality developments would be advantageous.
  • Valid SMSTS certificate
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate
  • Strong health and safety knowledge
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage programmes, subcontractors and site resources effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
