Site Manager – Super Prime Residential - Fast Track to PM
Location: Fitzrovia, with projects in Belgravia, Mayfair, and Kensington
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
A leading super-prime main contractor, renowned for delivering exceptional luxury property refurbishments, builds, and fit-outs, is looking for an ambitious Site Manager to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who is eager to step up into project management. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Project Director currently running three prestigious schemes, gaining exposure to all aspects of procurement, project set up, design management, client liaison, program management, and project delivery.

Key Requirements:
- Early-stage career professional with some good site experience in high-end residential refurbishments, builds, or fit-outs.
- Ideally, a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Ambitious and eager to transition into a project management role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, client-focused environment.
