Freelance Site Manager – Sutton Coldfield

£290 per day | Holiday Cover | 7th August – 17th August

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a school refurbishment and re-roofing project in Sutton Coldfield.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who can confidently take control of a live site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

The Role

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Overseeing refurbishment and roofing works
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme deadlines are met
  • Maintaining high health & safety standards
  • Liaising with the project team and client where required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience on school refurbishment projects
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Enhanced DBS
