About the Role: Site Manager
We are seeking a Site Manager to join our client’s construction team in the Surrey region. Our partner, a medium-sized contractor, aims to strengthen their construction workforce.

This is a key position where you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of sub-contractors
- Maintain a high level of health and safety (a paramount priority)
- Ensure client specifications and requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and facilitate team communication
The Site Manager will ensure deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and operational efficiency is maintained. Attention to detail, leadership, and a strong commitment to safety protocols are essential.
Responsibilities
- Managing construction teams and sub-contractor coordination
- Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Reviewing project specifications and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
- Overseeing site operations, resource allocation, and quality control
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
