Site Manager Required, Solar Farm Project, Kent, TN12

Bee Construction are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a solar farm project based near Maidstone / Paddock Wood, Kent.
The role starts Monday and will involve overseeing civils works on site, including a concrete pour. The ideal person will have a strong civils background and previous experience working on solar farm, BESS, substation, utilities or energy infrastructure projects.

Role Details
- Location: TN12, Kent
- Start date: Monday
- Rate: £300 per shift
- Role: Site Manager
- Type: Freelance / temporary
Duties Will Include
- Overseeing civils works on site
- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors
- Managing a concrete pour
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and to programme
- Site inductions and toolbox talks
- Daily reporting and progress updates
- Checking RAMS are followed on site
- Maintaining site standards and health and safety compliance
- Liaising with the client and site team

Requirements
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Strong civils background
- Experience overseeing concrete pours
- Solar Farm Experience Preferred
- BESS, substation, utilities or energy infrastructure experience also highly relevant
- Confident managing subcontractors and day to day site activity
- Able to start Monday
