Sphere Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a key regional construction company for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a major commercial build project.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering a high-profile scheme. The successful candidate will have experience managing both internal and external works on large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Drive programme delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate both internal fit-out and external construction packages.
- Liaise with the project team, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial build projects.
- Strong background managing both internal and external works.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
