Site Manager
Site Manager - Penrith
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus car/allowance and bonus (OTE up to £75,000 per annum)

The Vella Group is seeking a proactive, hands-on Site Manager to lead our Penrith operation. The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the Penrith site, ensuring operational excellence while leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accountability
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining quality standards
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to improve processes and workflows
- Driving continuous improvement, profitability, and site performance
About You
- Proven leadership ability with operational or technical experience
- Experience in the automotive/accident repair sector
- Ambitious, proactive, and ready to step into or grow within a leadership role
- A resilient, strategic thinker with a passion for people development and performance
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

Hours & Requirements
- Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour shifts
- Full UK driving licence required
- On-site role based in Penrith
