Site Manager

Site Manager - Penrith

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus car/allowance and bonus (OTE up to £75,000 per annum)

The Vella Group is seeking a proactive, hands-on Site Manager to lead our Penrith operation. The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the Penrith site, ensuring operational excellence while leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accountability
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to improve processes and workflows
  • Driving continuous improvement, profitability, and site performance

About You

  • Proven leadership ability with operational or technical experience
  • Experience in the automotive/accident repair sector
  • Ambitious, proactive, and ready to step into or grow within a leadership role
  • A resilient, strategic thinker with a passion for people development and performance
  • Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

Hours & Requirements

  • Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour shifts
  • Full UK driving licence required
