Site Manager x2

Senior Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment (Permanent – Full-Time, 40 Hours)

About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Site Managers to deliver high-quality social housing refurbishment projects across both occupied and void properties. This role focuses firmly on live social housing environments, so candidates must have proven experience managing refurbishment works within tenanted homes.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead site operations by:

  • Overseeing operatives, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
  • Managing programmes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high standards

In this hands-on role, your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular site inspections
  • Managing service delivery performance
  • Resolving technical queries
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients, residents, and internal teams

You will:

  • Champion Service First principles
  • Promote best practice
  • Ensure works meet company standards, quality expectations, and ISO requirements

Additionally, you will:

  • Effectively manage a team by motivating staff, identifying training needs, managing performance, and fostering strong working relationships
  • Apply solid knowledge of social housing refurbishment and health & safety standards
  • Play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused projects

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in social housing refurbishment, particularly in tenanted environments
  • Strong leadership skills in site management
  • Ability to manage teams, budgets, and timelines effectively
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and company quality expectations
