Project Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced school refurbishment project.
pay rate:
£29.00-£32.00 per hour
Project Details
- Start Date: Friday 17th July
- Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (expecting completion by the end of August)
- Working Pattern: Weekend work will likely be required to finish before the new school term.

Scope of Works
External Refurbishment:
- Car park improvements
- Footpath works
Internal Refurbishment:
- Toilet refurbishment
- Nursery refurbishment
Requirements
- Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, preferably in education or related environments.
- Valid certifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- First Aid certification
- DBS clearance is essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to:
- Coordinate multiple trades
- Keep the project on schedule
