Site Operations Manager
Site Operations Manager (Manufacturing / Supply Chain)
£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Pension + Progression + Training + Company Benefits – South Molton

About the Role
In this role, you will play an all-rounder position ensuring contractual obligations are achieved via the effective delivery of:

You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver cost savings
- Maintain excellent operational performance
Responsibilities
This role would suit a Site Manager or similar with experience in:
- Manufacturing
- Purchasing
- Inventory
- Supply chain operations
Core responsibilities include:
- Coordinating purchasing, customer service, vendor relationships, and warehousing activities
- Managing procurement and inventory processes within a manufacturing environment
- Managing customer billing, payment issues, and technical support coordination
- Operating in a site-based environment within manufacturing
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Manager or equivalent
- Background in manufacturing or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, or cost-saving initiatives
- Ability to commute to South Molton
- Full UK driving licence
