Site Operations Manager

The Opportunity

This is a senior, high-impact, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for site performance across warehouse and distribution operations. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure consistent delivery across service, safety and productivity, while strengthening the site’s capability to support future growth.

For the right candidate, this role will offer the opportunity to:

  • Lead an established operation and experienced team
  • Build on strong service delivery and operational performance
  • Enhance the existing structure, accountability and performance visibility
  • Deliver practical improvements across processes and workflows

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role will be to deliver:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day site operations across warehousing and distribution
  • Deliver against key performance metrics (service, productivity, accuracy, cost)
  • Coach and develop teams, building a positive and accountable culture
  • Identify and implement practical operational improvements
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Director and wider leadership team

About You

You’re an experienced operations leader with a strong track record in warehouse, logistics or distribution environments.

  • Experience leading sizeable operational teams
  • A practical, hands-on leadership style
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving capability
  • A clear focus on service, efficiency and performance

About Sanbra

We are now seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead and further develop operations & our existing well-established team at this key facility.
