We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Operative to join our busy dealership team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play an important part in ensuring our site is well-presented, safe and running efficiently, whilst supporting the movement of vehicles across the business.
About The Role
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and upkeep of the dealership, ensuring our customers receive a first-class experience from the moment they arrive. You'll also assist with transporting vehicles and supporting the wider team with general site duties.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Transporting vehicles between locations when required.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dealership forecourt, showroom and surrounding areas.
- Carrying out general maintenance and housekeeping duties across the site.
- Managing waste disposal and ensuring bins and recycling areas are maintained.
- Performing routine site checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Supporting the dealership team with ad-hoc duties to help keep operations running smoothly.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are always maintained.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Be organised, reliable and able to work independently.
- Take pride in maintaining high standards.
- Have a proactive approach and be willing to turn your hand to a variety of tasks.
- Be physically capable of carrying out manual duties associated with site maintenance.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment.
