Site Payments Analyst – Clinical Trials

We are seeking a Site Payments Analyst to join our team, responsible for accurately processing site payments, subject reimbursements, and clinical trial disbursements in compliance with Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), reimbursement plans, and regulations.
### About the Role
A detail-oriented professional who ensures precise and timely financial administration within clinical trial operations, collaborating with payment vendors, investigators, and internal stakeholders to maintain financial integrity.
### Key Responsibilities
- Develops site-specific payment strategies for assigned studies, in alignment with Site Payment leadership and external vendors
- Oversees payment configurations ahead of site activation through collaboration with payment vendors and internal teams
- Verifies and validates contracts, budgets, and participant travel/reimbursement requirements within the payment system
- Reviews, approves, and escalates discrepancies in site/patient payments and reconciliation exercises
- Ensures timely, accurate disbursements to clinical sites, investigators, and patients
- Conducts periodic quality control (QC) and reconciliation audits
- Serves as the primary point of contact for investigational sites and internal stakeholders regarding financial inquiries

### Necessary Skills & Experience
Technical and Analytical:
- Solid grasp of clinical trial budgets and reimbursement frameworks
- Undergraduate degree (B.S.) or advanced degree, or equivalent experience (subject to manager approval)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant roles (e.g., site payments, trial finance, reimbursement administration)
Soft Skills and Mindset:
- Strategic problem-solving — ability to identify complexities and propose actionable solutions for stakeholders
- Proactive communication — adept at managing emails and cross-departmental coordination
- Customer service mentality — strong written and verbal communication
- Experience handling large datasets while maintaining attention to detail and process improvement efficiency
