Steel Frame Warehouses: Experience Required
Site Manager – Groundworks & Steel Frame Warehouse
This role requires someone strong on site, with excellent experience across groundworks, civils, foundations, drainage, and steel frame construction. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activity, subcontractors, programme, health & safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations from groundworks through to completion.
- Oversee civils, drainage, foundations, steel frame, and external works packages.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and site logistics.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
- Maintain strong communication with the project team, client, and supply chain.
- Keep site paperwork, RAMS, permits, and reports up to date.

- Proven Site Manager experience within commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong groundworks and steel frame background.
- Confident managing subcontractors and driving programme.
- Strong health & safety knowledge.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred.
