Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
3-6 Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote (UK) | £500–£600 per day
We're working with a leading consultancy looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join a high-profile project on an initial 3-6 month contract.
The team are specifically looking for engineers with strong experience across Azure, Azure DevOps, monitoring & alerting,.NET and Infrastructure as Code. This is a hands-on role focused on improving platform reliability, automating infrastructure and enhancing operational excellence across Azure environments.

- Strong commercial experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer.
- Excellent hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Commercial experience implementing and managing monitoring, observability and alerting solutions (Azure Monitor, DataDog, CloudWatch, New Relic, Splunk or similar).
- Experience supporting and optimising .NET applications within Azure environments.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally using Terraform (ARM/Bicep also considered).
- Experience automating infrastructure deployments and improving platform reliability.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management and root cause analysis experience.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

- Kubernetes (AKS).

- Experience driving improvements to service management and operational processes.
- Azure, SRE or Terraform certifications.
Contract Details
- 6 Month Contract
