We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Provide leadership and guidance in advancing client experience for software sales solutions.
- Enhance response to critical issues and foster a proactive service improvement mindset within the team.
- Act as a production readiness steward, partnering with developers to build, implement, and support technology services.
- Ensure operational criteria such as system availability, capacity, performance, monitoring, and automation are integrated throughout the delivery process.
- Lead Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) transformation through tooling and advocacy for change and standards.
- Drive process improvements and increase alignment with established business operations guild processes.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading global support teams for applications within high-volume, critical infrastructure.
- Strong systematic problem-solving approach with excellent communication and a sense of ownership.
- Extensive experience with ITIL methodology, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle, live support, performance management, and testing practices.
- Experience communicating with and preparing communications for external consumption, given the critical national infrastructure aspect of solutions.
- Experience with Erlang is desirable.
