We're partnering with a highly regarded global Fin-Tech company that is investing heavily in platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. They're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join a collaborative, cloud-native environment where you'll help shape the reliability and performance of customer-facing applications at scale.

The Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the availability, resilience, and performance of critical production systems. You'll work closely with software engineers and platform teams to improve operational maturity, drive observability best practices, and reduce manual effort through automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and operate production applications, including incident response and participation in an on-call rota.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and contribute to blameless post-incident reviews.
- Define and implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing strategies.
- Drive adoption of SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, and error budgets across services.
- Build automation that improves reliability and reduces operational toil.
- Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles and tooling.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve scalability, performance, and developer experience.
