The role

Nebius is looking for a Site Security Manager to lead physical security operations for the Nebius London office. You will own the day-to-day security posture of the site, protect employees, visitors, assets and infrastructure, and make sure local practices are robust, compliant and aligned with Nebius corporate standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set clear processes, manage vendors and front-desk security personnel, and respond calmly and decisively when incidents occur.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations at the Nebius London office, maintaining a safe, secure and professional environment for employees, visitors and company assets.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve site-specific security policies, procedures and training for the London office, aligned with Nebius corporate standards and applicable UK regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage CCTV, alarm systems and access-control processes, ensuring reliable operation, clear escalation routes and timely response to potential threats.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, site reviews and physical-security checks; identify vulnerabilities and drive corrective actions to completion.
• Serve as the primary local liaison with UK law enforcement, emergency services, building management and other relevant authorities during incidents, emergencies or crises.
• Lead investigations into security breaches and incidents, document findings clearly, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors, setting expectations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Direct, brief and coach front-desk security personnel on-site so that security standards are applied consistently and professionally.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, People, Legal/Compliance and site leadership to keep local practices aligned with company-wide security, safety and business-continuity expectations.
