Responsibilities
As a Site Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety across the site:
- Ensure all personnel complete appropriate site training and hold a valid SIA license or LDN.
- Roster and manage direct-reporting officers while guaranteeing adequate cover for holidays, sickness, and absences.
- Mentor, coach, and conduct monthly performance reviews for all Security Officers, maintaining positive workplace relations.
- Monitor and ensure staff adhere to company policies regarding behaviour and appearance.
- Encourage staff recognition and nominations for awards.
- Keep assignment instructions and site documentation up to date.
- Report all incidents strictly in line with company and customer policies.

Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered, you’ll need:
- A valid SIA license.
- Minimum 1 year of Supervisor experience.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
