Responsibilities

As a Site Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety across the site:

  • Ensure all personnel complete appropriate site training and hold a valid SIA license or LDN.
  • Roster and manage direct-reporting officers while guaranteeing adequate cover for holidays, sickness, and absences.
  • Mentor, coach, and conduct monthly performance reviews for all Security Officers, maintaining positive workplace relations.
  • Monitor and ensure staff adhere to company policies regarding behaviour and appearance.
  • Encourage staff recognition and nominations for awards.
  • Keep assignment instructions and site documentation up to date.
  • Report all incidents strictly in line with company and customer policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered, you’ll need:

  • A valid SIA license.
  • Minimum 1 year of Supervisor experience.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
