About the Role

Job Title: Site Service Engineer*

Location: South Midlands to London area

Hours: 42-hour working week, with flexible availability for evenings, nights, or weekends when required to meet operational demands.

The Site Service Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of HVAC engineering activities at customer sites across the UK.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete filter changes on a near-daily basis, based on incoming orders.
  • Perform servicing and maintenance on APC (Air Pollution Control) dust collectors.
  • Install new filter holding frameworks.
  • Conduct coil cleaning.
  • Execute cleanliness operations, including hospitals and critical vents.
  • Handle installations for:
    • Terminal housing & filter units
    • VCD (Variable Volume Control)
    • Access doors
    • Filter pressure gauges
  • Execute ductwork modifications.
  • Undertake fan and motor belt replacements.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of air filtration / HVAC (preferred but not essential).
  • Basic sheet metalwork / ductwork installation experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of HVAC installations in capital projects (preferred but not essential).
  • A full driving licence (valid for no more than 3 penalty points), as a company van will be supplied.
  • Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office (preferred but not essential).
  • The ability to bring flexibility in working times and site locations to meet the demands of fast-paced clients and ensure reactive response times.
