About the Role
As part of the Site Services Team and reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for mobilising to locations worldwide to commission, install, service, and maintain both JCI-manufactured products and, in some cases, third-party equipment (PAGA Solutions). You will also produce detailed visitation reports and act as an ambassador for JCI when interacting with customers. This role supports our production and projects departments in various capacities aligned with your skillset. It requires a multitasking mindset to add value and strengthen relationships between departments.
Our successful candidate can be located near any major city worldwide with preferred locations being in the UK&I / UAE / Europe / Canada / Denmark / Malaysia.

How You Will Do It
- Work closely with the Projects and Site Services departments to understand requirements before mobilisation.
- Conduct pre-mortems with the Site Services Manager to identify potential issues not considered during design.
- Create a business travel profile and arrange necessary bookings.

- Previous experience in PAGA installation and commissioning
- Competence in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to PAGA system quality and safety
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on new technologies and best practices
- Certifications for offshore travel, including BOSIET, FOET, and approved medical certificates
