About The Role
As a Site Services Engineer, you will carry out field-based service, commissioning, and diagnostic activities across customer sites, supporting the delivery of high-quality building and facility management solutions. Working under the guidance of Team Leaders and Managers, you will troubleshoot and service HVAC and control systems, assist with commissioning new installations, and support operations and maintenance activities as required. The role requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform field service, diagnostics, and commissioning activities on HVAC and building systems.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical and control systems.
- Configure and support new system installations and upgrades.
- Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities as required.
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support on-site.
