Site Setup Coordinator – Asset and Technology Solutions (Northern Scotland)

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Setup Coordinator to join our Asset and Technology Solutions (ATS) business, supporting projects across Northern Scotland.

This role plays a key part in ensuring construction sites are fully prepared for successful project delivery from day one, as well as efficiently demobilised upon project completion. Acting as a central point of contact, you will coordinate all aspects of site setup and logistics, working closely with internal teams, project stakeholders, and the supply chain.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality mobilisation and demobilisation services, ensuring all arrangements are in place, standards are met, and customer expectations are exceeded. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring regular site visits and strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing site mobilisation and demobilisation activities across multiple projects
  • Attending site to oversee setup activities, ensuring all requirements are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and suppliers throughout the mobilisation process
  • Planning and managing programmes for site setups, including temporary facilities and equipment
  • Building strong working relationships with project teams, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Ensuring all orders and arrangements are accurately placed and delivered in line with agreed timescales
  • Monitoring progress of site setup activities and proactively resolving any issues or delays
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance across all site activities
  • Managing data, documentation, and reporting to ensure accurate records and effective handovers
  • Producing reports (including cost data and lessons learned) to support continuous improvement
  • Supporting projects in defining and delivering their mobilisation requirements
  • Contributing to a positive customer experience by ensuring clear communication and efficient service delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
