Site Supervisor – Cleaning Services
Location: Leeds
Salary: £13.37 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days per week, 6:00am – 6:00pm
About the Role
TC Facilities Management is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to lead our on-site cleaning team at a busy distribution centre in Leeds.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cleaning operation, ensuring high standards of service delivery, maintaining compliance, and supporting the development of your team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of multi-service operatives to ensure service delivery standards are consistently achieved.
- Ensure cleaning specifications are met and audit standards are maintained.
- Manage daily cleaning operations, including waste management and decontamination cleans when required.
- Build and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
- Complete and sign off all required documentation accurately.
- Ensure cleaning equipment, machinery and materials are available, maintained and used safely.
- Oversee the completion of scheduled periodic cleaning tasks.
- Complete and manage shift handovers.
- Manage first-stage HR and employee relations matters.
- Train, induct and develop new and existing team members.
- Promote compliance with Health & Safety regulations, COSHH requirements and company procedures.
- Take responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and your team.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience supervising or leading teams within a fast-paced operational environment.
This opportunity would particularly suit candidates with supervisory experience in:
- Commercial Cleaning
- Warehouse & Distribution
- Logistics
- Facilities Management
- Manufacturing
You will also have:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- A good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining high operational standards and delivering excellent customer service.
