Hampshire | 3-Month Contract | £300 per day
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading national Facilities Management and Infrastructure provider delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and capital projects across water and utility sites throughout Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Supervisor with experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects in live operational environments. You'll oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
You will be responsible for supervising a variety of projects with values ranging from £50,000 to £600,000, including refurbishment, roofing, and office fit-out works across multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
- Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain accurate site records.
- Coordinate project activities with clients, stakeholders, and operational teams.
- Monitor quality, programme, and productivity throughout project delivery.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain project performance.
- Support the Project Manager with progress reporting and project documentation.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager delivering construction or refurbishment projects.
- Experience managing projects within live operational environments is highly desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

- Black CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- 3-Day First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness
- Temporary Works Coordinator
Desirable
- EUSR Blue Card (National Water Hygiene)
If you don't currently hold the EUSR Blue Card, training can be provided following a successful offer.
