Project Site Supervisor – Critical Role
Purpose of the Role
As the Project Site Supervisor, you will oversee the health, safety and quality of all on-site works across the network. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting inspections, audits, and sign-off for work completion
- Supporting with ongoing maintenance
- Working closely with HSQC and installation teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect construction works, including conducting audits and comparing against project drawings and specifications
- Ensure all construction works comply with safety regulations, prioritising safety above all
- Advise on technical issues as required
- Liaise with installers and surveyors
- Produce regular reports to update clients and business stakeholders
- Identify and document any discrepancies between work and project specifications and ensure corrections
- Collaborate with the HSQE Department to meet health, safety, legal, construction and quality requirements
- Certify all works in accordance with health, safety and quality standards
- Approve quality of works for payment authorisation
- Attend key meetings with Installation Partners, DNOs and external parties to provide technical support and advice

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Hold any of the following qualifications:
- NRSWA Street Works Supervisor
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course: Site Safety Plus
- SHEA Power (Supervisor Level) or equivalent
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
- Full, clean driving licence (required due to travel obligations)
