Site Supervisor
We're looking to add a Site Supervisor to our team here at Vipond, managing a team of four currently across England and Wales. Key to this appointment is experience of Fire Sprinkler systems. This role is to effectively manage and schedule our customers’ requirements, for all contracts including residential & rapid works. Schedule the best use of our engineer’s time, through best practice communication and planning, ensure that they and any sub contractors engaged in the task are fully aware of the project requirements.

Salary and Benefits
- SALARY: Up to £44,268 DoE
- 31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

Role Requirements
Planning and Coordination
- To plan and coordinate work and time to ensure duties are carried out as effectively as possible and Customers requirements are dealt with promptly.
- Ensure there is a sufficient amount of information and time available in order to complete tasks in a timely manner, and without extending any jobs outside of the agreed timescales; and incurring additional costs, that the company may be expected to fund.
- Ensure any Customers request regarding a contract is dealt with promptly and an engineer or other qualified person is assigned within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure any relevant materials; equipment and plant are purchased in time for the job to be completed effectively and on budget.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all invoices received are passed to the appropriate person to ensure the payment is made within the specified time frame.

Quality Assurance
- To ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality at all accordance with the companies Quality Assurance Policies.
- Ensure the highest standard of attention to detail when completing all jobs, but particularly when sending external correspondence.
- Ensure engineers and any other qualified persons paperwork and timesheets/invoices are accurate and ready to be processed.
- Ensure all enquiries received are dealt with promptly, providing the best standard of information or is passed to the appropriate person.
- Proactively ensure job is completed to desired standards in all areas.

Communication Skills
- To ensure good levels of communication at all times with both internal employees and external clients.
- Communicate effectively with engineers and Sub Contractors to ensure work is being carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
- When all jobs are completed communicate invoicing requirements to Administration team; and close out the request.
Internal Relationship Management/Teamwork
- To build and maintain excellent relationships with Company colleagues.
- Proactively encourage and help co-workers when necessary.
- Assist with other departments when required.
- Build good relationships with employees throughout the Company.
