Job Introduction Site Supervisor – Killerby
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our friendly team in Killerby at our Packed Products plant. Within this role you will be supervising the day-to-day site activities ensuring:
- The safety of everyone on site
- Labour resources are maximised to fulfil production & delivery requirements
- All management systems are adhered to
Main Responsibilities
Within the role of Site Supervisor your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the weekly production schedule to comply with S&OP production targets
- Troubleshooting plant issues and identifying areas for improvement
- Assisting with site maintenance
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed to account for peak and reduced demand periods
- Supervising production employees to ensure they comply with company policies, meet performance levels, and undertake training as required
- Conducting regular reviews with the site team
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Site Supervisor will have experience in a similar role as well as experience of:
- Production personnel supervision
- Manufacturing processes
- Continuous improvement processes
- Multi production line supervision
- Production systems
- Relevant product and/or technical knowledge
- Health and Safety
- Plant maintenance
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Continuous Improvement
- People supervision experience

The role is based at our Killerby Packed Products Site located in North Yorkshire. The site is easily accessible from Darlington, Richmond, Northallerton, Catterick, Barnard Castle, Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Thirsk, Bishop Auckland, and the surrounding areas.
