Site Supervisor
Fleet Operations Site Supervisor
Contract Type: Ad-hoc, shift-based; Monday – Friday, night shifts.
Working Hours: Typically, 8:00 pm – 6:00 am (subject to operational requirements)
Pay & Benefits:
- £20.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Up to 12.07% holiday pay
- Hire car and fuel card available where required
- Accommodation provided when required and approved
Location
Actively recruiting Site Supervisors across the UK, with priority regions including:
- London & South East
- Southampton/Bournemouth
- Plymouth
- Bristol
- Birmingham/West Midlands
- Manchester
- Leeds/Yorkshire
- Belfast
Candidates should be willing to travel within their allocated region and support neighbouring regions where required.
Live Dates
This is an ad-hoc role operating between: 1st September and 30th September 2026
Available shifts align with operational demand, requiring flexibility to work on sporadic dates, including evenings and nights.
Candidates with wider availability throughout the campaign window are highly valued.
Role Overview
The Site Supervisor oversees:
- All on-site operations during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities
- Ensuring safe and efficient deliveries across evening and night shifts
- Coordinating drivers, key control, vehicle movements, and communication between:
- TRO (Team/Transport Resourcing Organization)
- Client
- Installers
- Transport partners

Note: Positions cover multiple Client Delivery Stations, so travel between sites is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe, and timely execution
- Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity
- Conduct vehicle inspections and tracker checks
- Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers
- Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management
- Submit accurate end-of-shift reports
- Escalate operational risks and issues promptly
Skills & Competencies
Essential
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Strong safety and compliance awareness
- Confident using mobile apps and reporting systems
- Full UK driving license required
- Comfortable with regional travel and occasional overnight stays
- Experience in:
- Events/logistics
- Transport/fleet operations
- Field operations
