Site Supervisor
We are seeking experienced and motivated Site Supervisors to join our growing team at MARCH. Reporting to the Site Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with site teams, management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure works are delivered in line with project programmes.
- Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture across all site operations.
- Liaise directly with customers and residents to coordinate access and schedule works within private properties.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, safe systems of work, and site safety regulations.
- Take ownership of day-to-day site operations, including site-based procurement and resource management.
- Complete and submit weekly site reports and project returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor quality standards and work closely with clients to ensure all project deliverables meet expectations.
- Support the Site Management team in achieving project objectives, programme targets, and operational excellence.

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
- Strong customer liaison and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable commitment to maintaining safe, efficient, and well-organised sites.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid CSCS Card And Relevant Trade Qualifications And Training.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- EUSR Water Hygiene Card (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence (desirable).
