Site Supervisor (Electrical), Commercial Projects

Interested in this role? You can find all the relevant information in the description below.

Vale of Glamorgan | Permanent, full-time | £45,427 basic plus up to £10k overtime (£55,427 OTE) | Immediate start

Grove Site Services is recruiting on behalf of our client, a commercial contractor, for two permanent Site Supervisors to lead delivery on high-value projects. Van, fuel card and 32 days' holiday included. Immediate starts available.

About The Role

We are looking for two time-served, SSSTS-qualified Site Supervisors from an electrical background to run the day-to-day on major commercial projects valued at £3M and above.

You will take ownership of site delivery, health and safety, and quality, leading teams of 20 or more, keeping works on programme, and acting as a key point of contact for the client. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has come up through the trade, knows how a busy commercial site runs, and can hold a team to a high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
