Creagh Concrete is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading manufacturers of precast concrete solutions. Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our site delivery team, working on projects across the UK.
The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising on-site activities related to the installation of Creagh Concrete’s precast products. You will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day site operations and installation activities
- Coordinating site labour, subcontractors, and deliveries
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, RAMS, and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Liaising with project managers, main contractors, and clients
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting on site activities
- Maintaining site records, permits, and quality documentation

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role
- Background in precast concrete, structural concrete, or civil construction (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and site procedures
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)
- CSCS card (required)
- Willingness to travel and work on sites throughout the UK
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
