About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in Site Supervisor roles within construction and site management. We are looking to connect experienced supervisors with dynamic projects across the UK, including opportunities in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and nationwide locations.
Roles of this type may sit within fast-paced construction environments where you could coordinate daily site operations, manage teams and ensure projects run safely and on schedule. The work could involve partnering with project managers, contractors and trades to deliver quality outcomes while maintaining health and safety standards.

- Location: Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and nationwide UK
- Type: Permanent or Contract
- Full-time
- Day Rate: £250–£280 per day or £350–£380 per day, dependent on experience and contract type

What You Would Do
- Coordinating daily site operations and managing workflow across trades
- Supervising site teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets
- Liaising with project managers, clients and subcontractors
- Conducting site inspections and resolving on-site issues
- Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements

What You Could Bring
- Experience as a construction or site supervisor, or in a similar supervisory role on site
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and site management
- Relevant certifications such as SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or First Aid
- Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain site discipline
- Proficiency with site documentation, scheduling and basic IT systems
- High school or equivalent qualification; engineering background or further qualifications preferred
- Full UK driving licence
