Site Supervisor – HVL Solutions
Location: Henley-on-Thames (with travel to sites as required)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team based in Henley-on-Thames.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards while leading site teams with confidence and professionalism.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and maintain programme schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project managers.
- Manage deliveries, site logistics, and material requirements.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a clean, organised, and professional working environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines.
- Good understanding of construction methods and current health and safety legislation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Qualifications
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- CSCS Supervisor or Manager Card.
- First Aid at Work.
- Temporary Works or other relevant construction qualifications (advantageous).
