Full-time, permanent role at The Elland Academy – Starting July 2026

About the Role

Do you want to work for a Trust transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? The Elland Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join their team.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide essential maintenance, cleaning, and security services to ensure the academy operates smoothly.
  • Log all checks and interventions on the Trust’s electronic reporting system.
  • Be part of a supportive, values-driven community that places the needs of learners at the heart of everything.

The Elland Academy

The Elland Academy is an Alternative Provision Free School, serving schools and academies across Leeds, Wakefield, and Kirklees.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

We strive to support a wide range of learners, from those experiencing short-term challenges to complex SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs and autistic learners on the lower end of the spectrum. Our provision also accommodates vulnerable, disadvantaged, and disaffected pupils at risk of exclusion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
