Job Description
We are recruiting a Site Supervisor to supervise social housing structural repair contracts in the West and East Midlands.
Established for over 30 years, our client is a UK based specialist contractor, providing its social housing clients with innovative structural repair solutions, including: Concrete Repair & Protection, Masonry Reinforcement, Remedial Lintel Installation, and Remedial Wall Tie Installation.
They are currently looking for a Site Supervisor (Structural Repairs) to join the Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential site supervision of social housing structural repair contracts in the Midlands.

Mentoring by existing site supervisors and full health and safety training will be made available, in addition to a company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop. Death in service cover also provided.
The Successful Candidate Will
Have a general building or relevant trade background in brickwork, concrete repairs, or groundworks Have previous building industry experience in a supervisory / managerial role Have a Skilled Worker or Manager CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS and other relevant H&S training Have a driving licence valid in the UK Be willing to travel Be willing to work at height Have knowledge of the Building Regulations, including the Building Safety Act Have strong interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with social housing residents
