Hours & Contract
- 7 hours per week (One full day per week, hours to be discussed at interview)
- Flexible to cover team holidays and available for overtime
- All year round contract with annual leave + bank holidays

The Role
We’re seeking a dedicated, reliable Site Team member committed to supporting our community. The ideal candidate will:
- Be a proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
- Consider the school environment their priority, maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
- Uphold health, safety, and security standards.
- Be enthusiastic and flexible, with a positive and caring attitude.
Responsibilities
The School Caretaker/Site Team will:
- Ensure the school site is safe, well-maintained, and inviting.
- Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the premises, including basic repairs and cleaning duties.
- Actively maintain health, safety, and security protocols.
- Support the school team during busy periods (e.g., events, holiday coverage).
- Provide prompt and reliable overtime coverage when required.

- Physically capable to perform tasks such as carpet cleaning, basic DIY, removals.
