Hours & Contract

  • 7 hours per week (One full day per week, hours to be discussed at interview)
  • Flexible to cover team holidays and available for overtime
  • All year round contract with annual leave + bank holidays
  • Permanent role

The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated, reliable Site Team member committed to supporting our community. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Consider the school environment their priority, maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
  • Uphold health, safety, and security standards.
  • Be enthusiastic and flexible, with a positive and caring attitude.

Responsibilities

The School Caretaker/Site Team will:

  • Ensure the school site is safe, well-maintained, and inviting.
  • Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the premises, including basic repairs and cleaning duties.
  • Actively maintain health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Support the school team during busy periods (e.g., events, holiday coverage).
  • Provide prompt and reliable overtime coverage when required.

  • Physically capable to perform tasks such as carpet cleaning, basic DIY, removals.
